Belmont Catering offers a wide selection of delicious items as seen on our sample menu. We are always adapting to meet clients visions, but have listed popular menu selections and descriptions below. All of our selections are based on fresh local vegetables & top grade quality meat supplied locally. 

MAIN COURSES:

 

TRADITIONAL ROAST BEEF:

Belmont’s famous, tender, herb-roasted beef, slowly cooked to your liking, and served with au Jus gravy on the side.

(Commonly described as “so tender you can cut it with your fork”)

 

PRIME RIB: SMOKED OR OVEN ROASTED (upgrade):

Belmont's award winning, AAA prime rib, slowly cooked to your liking, and served with au Jus gravy on the side.
Additionally, our Smoked Prime Rib is smoked to perfection for 7 hours if you choose smoked! Both as tender and juicy as it gets! Our smoked Prime Rib does not give off a heavy smoke flavouring but adds the perfect subtle smoke flavour to the outside seasoning of the cut + tenderizes the meat by the slow cook atmosphere. Belmont's Smoked Prime Rib has become a staple!!

 

BBQ STEAK (upgrade):

On site barbequed AAA 8-10 oz New York Striploin or Ribeyes cooked to your preference. Often paired with BBQ Chicken Breast
 

CHICKEN BREAST:

Oven roasted boneless, skinless chicken breast marinated in a lemon herb seasoning topped with breadcrumbs for a golden finish.

BBQ CHICKEN BREAST (upgrade):

On-site barbequed chicken breast marinated in a lemon herb paste.

 

CHICKEN PARMASAN (upgrade):

Not your traditional, deep-fried (greasy) chicken parm.

Tender oven roasted chicken breast layered with tomato marinara sauce, topped with mozzarella & parmesan cheese baked to a golden finish.

 

MEDITERRANEAN STUFFED CHICKEN (upgrade):

Marinated chicken breast in a lemon herb paste stuffed with spinach, feta & ricotta cheese. Offered with our creamy mushroom sauce or tomato marinara sauce on the side.

CHICKEN CORDON BLEU: (upgrade)

Marinated chicken breast in a lemon herb paste stuffed with smoked ham + Swiss cheese. Offered with our creamy mushroom sauce or tomato marinara sauce on the side. 

 

MEATBALLS:

Juicy homemade beef meatballs tossed in our homemade tomato marinara sauce.

ROAST TURKEY & STUFFING:

Traditionally roasted turkey paired with our homemade stuffing.

 

ROAST PORK:

A crusted herb and mustard oven roasted pork loin.

 

PULLED PORK:

Slow cooked oven roasted pork tossed in our signature smoky bbq sauce.
 

SMOKED HAM:

Oven roasted smoked ham, marinated in a sweet & cinnamon glaze topped with fresh pineapple slices.

 

SAUCES:  all of our sauces are made from complete scratch day of.


Gravy (complimentary): delicious homemade gravy, thickened from the beef au jus. (Gluten Free)

White Wine Mushroom Sauce (add on): creamy mushroom, white wine + garlic sauce. (often recommended for SIT DOWN EVENTS  to pair with Chicken)

Tomato Marinara (add on): homemade tomato marinara sauce seasoned with fresh herbs and spices. (often recommended for SIT DOWN EVENTS  to pair with Chicken)

 

PASTA OPTIONS

 

LASAGNA (Vegetarian)

Our traditional cheesy lasagna features our homemade tomato sauce with layers of roasted vegetables & stuffed with a blend of three cheeses.

 

LASAGNA (Meat)

Traditional homemade meat sauce (beef) with layers of roasted vegetables & stuffed with a blend of three cheeses.  


PENNE PASTA (Vegetarian):

Penne Pasta noodles with our traditional fresh tomato sauce, oven roasted vegetables, seasoned with herbs, garlic and topped with parmesan cheese

Juicy homemade beef meatballs can be added to this dish at an additional cost.

MEDETTERANIAN STUFFED PEPPER  (Vegetarian) 

Inspired by a favourite, traditional dish Greek "Yemista", served as a vegetarian dish (by removing all meat products from this traditional dish). 
Greek style vegetable herb rice stuffed inside Fresh Bell Peppers + Baked. Topped with traditional tomato marinara sauce. 

 

MACARONI & CHEESE (upgrade)

Penne noodles mixed with our homemade creamy cheese & garlic sauce.

CHICKEN ALFREDO (upgrade)

Fettuccini noodles tossed with our homemade creamy Alfredo sauce + oven roasted chicken breast on side. 

Can be offered vegetarian (with no chicken breast)

BEEF CANNELLONI (upgrade)

Individually rolled + Baked into tubes filled with Beef, 3 Cheeses, Ricotta, Tomato + Béchamel Sauce.

RICOTTA + SPINACH CANNELLONI (vegetarian).  (upgrade) 

Individually rolled + baked into tubes filled with 3 Cheeses, Ricotta, Spinach, Tomato + Béchamel Sauce 

 

 

POTATO SIDES

 

ROASTED POTATOES:  

Oven roasted potatoes marinated in a lemon, olive oil and herb spice blend, topped with fresh rosemary & cooked to a golden yellow finish.
 

MASHED POTATOES:

An assortment of Yukon gold & red skin potatoes whipped to a creamy, fluffy finish.

 

GARLIC MASHED POTATOES:

An assortment of Yukon gold & red skin potatoes infused with fresh garlic whipped to a creamy, fluffy finish.

 

VEGETABLE SIDES

 

CORN:

Kernels of corn dressed lightly with butter and savory spice blends. 

 

CARROTS:

Seasoned honey glazed carrots topped with fresh herbs.


GREEN BEANS:

Fresh green beans, steamed and served with olive oil and herbs.
 

SEASONAL MIXED VEGETABLES:

Assortment of seasonal fresh vegetables including broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, & zucchini dressed in olive oil and topped with fresh herbs.

 

CORN ON THE COBB (upgrade):
Seasonal corn on the cobb topped lightly with butter and savory spice blends. 

ASPARAGUS(upgrade)

Steamed asparagus topped with garlic butter.  

 

SALADS

 

CAESAR SALAD:
Romaine lettuce accompanied by homemade smoked bacon and seasoned croutons tossed in a creamy garlic dressing with parmesan cheese.

 

GARDEN SALAD:
Mixture of fresh leafy greens topped with fresh tomatoes, english cucumbers, red/green and yellow peppers, offered with two side dressings of choice.

 

GREEK SALAD:

Mixture of fresh leafy greens topped with fresh tomatoes, English cucumbers, assortment of peppers, red onions, authentic feta cheese & topped with only the best Kalamata olives & oregano imported straight from Greece itself. Offered with a light homemade vinaigrette on the side.

 

SEASONAL SPINACH SALAD :

On a fresh bed of spinach featuring crushed walnuts, red onions, feta cheese and seasonal fruit of choice (Strawberries) offered with a light balsamic vinaigrette.

ITALIAN PASTA SALAD:

Penne noodles with chopped peppers, celery, carrots, tossed in our light vinaigrette and topped with fresh parsley and dill.

 

BEAN SALAD:

Assorted bean medley with chopped peppers, celery, carrots, tossed in our light vinaigrette and topped with fresh parsley and dill.

 

COLESLAW:

Freshly cut cabbage, mixed in with a dash of our famous horseradish, assorted spices and tossed in our homemade vinaigrette (oil & vinegar)

 

DESSERT

ASSORTED CHEESECAKE:

Assortment of Decedent Traditional New York, Strawberry, Chocolate & Caramel Cheesecake.

ASSORTED BAKED PIES:

Choice of assorted pie options:  Apple, Cherry, Strawberry Rhubarb, Blueberry, Pumpkin, Pecan, Lemon Meringue, Banana Cream, Coconut Cream, Chocolate Cream. Great for a buffet or dessert bar due to large assortments

ASSORTED DESSERT BAR:

Includes an assortment of all 4 Cheesecakes + assortment of 4 Baked Pies.

SLAB CAKE: TIRAMISU CAKE (upgrade)

A decadent layered cake made with layers of vanilla cake drizzled with an espresso kahlua mixture, tiramisu filling and mascarpone buttercream. Great for a plated meal.

SLAB CAKE: BLACK FOREST CAKE: (upgrade)
A decadent chocolate sponge cake with layers of morello cherries and whipped cream, topped with chocolate icing. Great for a plated meal

SLAB CAKE: STRAWBERRY SHORT CAKE:(upgrade)

A decadent layered sweet cake made with macerated strawberries, a shortcake biscuit and whipped cream. Great for plated meals

SLAB CAKE: CARROT CAKE:(upgrade)

A decadent layered moist cake containing grated carrot, the perfect amount of cinnamon spice and topped (and layered) with a sweet cream cheese icing. Great for plated meals

HORS D’OEUVRES:
 

SPANAKOPITA:

Traditionally made flakey phyllo dough filled with spinach and feta cheese baked to a golden finish.  (vegetarian)

 

CHICKEN SOUVLAKI:

Grilled Chicken skewers marinated in a lemon, olive oil and garlic glaze

 

MEATBALLS:

Homemade juicy beef meatballs in a vegetable tomato sauce.

 

TZATZIKI & PITA BREAD:

Homemade Greek Garlic Sauce (Tzatziki) with fresh Pita slices

Additional dips available (hummus, bruschetta dip etc).

 

ASSORTED MINI QUICHE:

Assortment of mini individual bite sizes quiches including three cheeses, cheese & spinach & bacon and cheese.

BBQ SAUSAGE:

Assortment of Mild, and Medium bbq sausage sliced for bite size, sautéed fresh vegetables in your choice of sauce, olive oil + lemon, bbq or plain!

CHARCUTERIE CUPS:

Individual Charcuterie cups personalized for your event- including customized label with your initials + date of event. Cones include rental stand.

Contents include assorted meat skewer (mild/spicy salami), pepperette,  pickles, olives, assorted cheese skewer, assorted fresh fruit skewer, nuts, crackers + something sweet! The perfect combined appetizer.

Fresh cold assortment of carrots, celery, cauliflower, radish, broccoli and peppers, served with a light ranch dill dressing.
