At Belmont Catering, our buffet service is thoughtfully designed to deliver both efficiency and elegance, making it one of our most sought-after dining experiences. This style of service allows guests to move seamlessly through a beautifully curated buffet, selecting and customizing their plates to their personal tastes.
Our chefs expertly carve premium meat selections fresh at the buffet, while guests enjoy a refined selection of accompaniments and sides. Each buffet is meticulously arranged with crisp, fresh salads and presented in heated chafing vessels to ensure every entrée is served at its optimal temperature.
Unlike traditional buffets, Belmont Catering offers a refined self-service experience that provides guests the freedom to choose exactly what they desire—both in selection and portion—creating a relaxed yet elevated dining atmosphere that complements any event.
Dishware Options (China Plates + Cutlery)
Clients may choose to rent china plates and cutlery through Belmont Catering or their preferred rental provider, allowing each detail to be thoughtfully tailored to reflect the vision of your day.

Belmont Catering believes in alleviating any stress to planning an event, therefor our prices are all inclusive, meaning we do not have any hidden fees and do not charge extra for staffing, delivery, etc. as we work this into your all in quote!
Please note, Belmont has simplified the menu process, but do allow clients to entirely customize their menu based on their visions!

Offers the hottest service of meal (as the food stays on chafing dishes for the duration of the meal + does not require individual travel time back and forth from plating to staff to guests)

Guests are able to have all options from the buffet (not pre selected entrees, with preselected portions)

Guests can come up for seconds!

Freshly Sliced: Includes Chef at end of station slicing meat

ADDITIONALLY, BELMONT CATERING PROVIDES COMPLIMENTARY:
• Freshly baked buns and butter
• Any condiments needed for the meal
• Full delivery, set up & clean up of meal tasks
• All Servingware for the meal (including tongs, chaffing dishes to keep food hot, salt/pepper, bun baskets etc).
• Professional and friendly service staff
Required Rentals for Events:

China Plates x 3 (Salad or Bun Plate, Dinner Plate + Dessert Plate)

Cutlery (Minimum 2 Forks, 1 Knife. If choosing Prime Rib or Steak, Steak Knife Rental Required).

Any Glassware as required by your bar (wine, water glasses, water pitchers etc)
