Belmont Catering recommends buffet style as the most popular and time-efficient of service for any event

This style allows guests to choose their dinner items freely and customize their plates from the station in

front of them. Our talented chefs carve the meat selection at the end of the buffet table, and guests can

help themselves to their selections, ensuring each guest can pick exactly what they want and much they

want. We organize the buffet table with fresh salad options and heated chafing trays to keep the entrees

steaming hot. Contrary to some companies, Belmont Catering allows guests to entirely help themselves to

their selections, ensuring each guest can pick exactly what they want and how much they want!

For events in 2024-- clients are required to rent all China Plate & Cutlery

Belmont Catering believes in alleviating any stress to planning an event, therefor our prices

are all inclusive, meaning we do not have any hidden fees and do not charge extra for

staffing, delivery, etc. as we work this into your all in quote!

​Please note, Belmont has simplified the menu process, but do allow clients to entirely customize their menu based on their visions!


  • Station/Buffet Style- guests help themselves to menu selections.

  • Offers the fastest meal service (guests eating all at once, and no long waits to eat)

  • Offers the hottest service of meal (as the food stays on chafing dishes for the duration of the meal + does not require individual travel time back and forth from plating to staff to guests)

  • Guests are able to have all options from the buffet (not pre selected entrees, with preselected portions) 

  • Guests can come up for seconds! 

  • Freshly Sliced: Includes Chef at end of station slicing meat 

  • Salad + Dinner Served together, Dessert following dinner course!

• Any condiments needed for the meal

• Full delivery, set up & clean up of meal tasks

• All Servingware for the meal (including tongs, chaffing dishes to keep food hot, salt/pepper, bun baskets etc). 

• Professional and friendly service staff

Required Rentals for 2024:

  • China Plates x 3 (Salad or Bun Plate, Dinner Plate + Dessert Plate) 

  • Cutlery (Minimum 2 Forks, 1 Knife. If choosing Prime Rib or Steak, Steak Knife Rental Required). 

  • Any Glassware as required by your bar (wine, water glasses, water pitchers etc) 

  • Belmont can provide paper cups for coffee/tea
